Are you a passionate and articulate individual with a talent for inspiring others? WWF Switzerland is seeking a dedicated English-Speaking Fundraiser to join our team in Einsiedeln. In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising campaigns, engaging with potential and existing donors, and securing financial support for our critical conservation projects. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging fundraising campaigns for various conservation initiatives.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate impact and secure funding.
• Organize and participate in fundraising events, networking opportunities, and public outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising activity data within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign success.
• Monitor fundraising trends and best practices to continually improve strategies and outcomes.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent presentation skills.
• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire action.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated passion for environmental conservation and the mission of WWF.

• Prior experience working with a non-profit organization or charity.
• Proficiency in German or another Swiss national language (French, Italian).
