We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grant Proposal Writer (English) to join our global team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute to critical environmental conservation efforts from anywhere. You will be instrumental in securing vital funding by crafting compelling and persuasive grant proposals, concept notes, and reports for various institutional donors, foundations, and government agencies. This role requires exceptional writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of conservation and environmental issues.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Research and identify potential funding opportunities from institutional donors, foundations, and government agencies.
• Develop, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, letters of inquiry, and other fundraising materials in English.
• Collaborate with program teams, financial officers, and senior leadership to gather information and develop robust project narratives and budgets.
• Ensure all proposals adhere to donor guidelines, requirements, and deadlines.
• Maintain a clear understanding of WWF's strategic priorities and integrate them effectively into all grant applications.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and final reports for funded projects, demonstrating impact and accountability.
• Track grant submission and reporting deadlines, managing a pipeline of opportunities.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to overall fundraising strategy development.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in grant writing, specifically for non-profit organizations or international development/conservation sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to research, synthesize information, and develop compelling narratives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of environmental conservation issues and international development contexts.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, International Relations, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with a global organization or remote teams.
• Familiarity with various donor platforms and grant management software.
