We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Room Attendant to join our team at Mercure Hotel Bochum City. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. No prior German language skills are required for this role; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to our international team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens and towels, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces including mirrors and windows.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other public areas.
• Manage supplies, ensuring carts are well-stocked and organized.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
