Join Dynatrace as an HR Administrator and become a vital part of our People team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our rapidly growing international workforce. You will be instrumental in maintaining employee records, supporting HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience within our innovative tech environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and system updates.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports as required, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Support HR Generalists and Business Partners with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary to appropriate HR personnel.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings, interviews, and training sessions, managing schedules and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives, suggesting enhancements where applicable.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective international communication.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within an HR department or similar corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
