As an Ethical AI Policy Advisor at Accenture Schweiz, you will play a crucial role in shaping the ethical landscape of artificial intelligence for our clients. You will advise on the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, ensuring that AI solutions are built and deployed responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with evolving regulatory standards. This hybrid role balances on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, allowing you to engage deeply with client teams and contribute to groundbreaking projects that define the future of ethical technology.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, implement, and refine ethical AI policies and governance frameworks for diverse client engagements.
• Conduct risk assessments related to AI ethics, bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Advise clients on compliance with current and emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, national data protection laws).
• Collaborate with technical teams, data scientists, legal experts, and business stakeholders to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Design and deliver training programs on ethical AI principles and responsible innovation.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in ethical AI and tech governance.
• Contribute to thought leadership and external communications on responsible AI.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in AI ethics, tech policy, or governance roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and their societal implications.
• Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policy and practical solutions.
• Fluent in English and German (or French), given the Swiss context.
