We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hybrid Mobile Games Producer to join our dynamic team in Lausanne. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in guiding the development of exciting new mobile game titles from concept to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, artists, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, engaging mobile gaming experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile game development pipelines, live operations, and a passion for creating commercially successful and player-centric games.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Oversee the full development lifecycle of mobile game titles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality targets.
• Define, communicate, and track project scope, goals, and deliverables, fostering a shared understanding across all teams.
• Collaborate with design, art, and engineering leads to establish best practices, technical solutions, and content pipelines specific to mobile games.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
• Facilitate effective communication and workflow between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on project vision and execution.
• Champion the player experience, gathering feedback, and iterating on features to enhance engagement and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and player data to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team efficiency.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years specifically on mobile titles.
• Proven track record of shipping successful mobile games.
• Strong understanding of mobile platform requirements (iOS/Android), monetization strategies, and live operations.
• Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience with free-to-play mobile game development and monetization.
