Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to join our Corporate Innovation team in Lausanne. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in identifying, incubating, and scaling new business opportunities and technologies that align with Logitech’s strategic vision. You will work across diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and driving impactful projects from concept to market realization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a passion for emerging technologies.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the ideation and development of new product and business concepts aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
• Manage the innovation funnel, from discovery and validation to incubation and pilot execution.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify disruptive opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams to integrate innovation initiatives.
• Develop and present business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to foster creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners, startups, and academic institutions to explore co-innovation opportunities.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation projects, ensuring measurable impact.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, product management, or strategic consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, agile methodologies, and lean startup principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
