Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a passionate and creative Instructional Design Intern to join our global Learning & Development team in Salzburg, Austria. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing engaging and effective learning experiences for a diverse, international audience. You will contribute to projects that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees worldwide, working alongside experienced professionals in a vibrant environment. This role is ideal for individuals eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a fast-paced, real-world setting, with no prior German language skills required as all work will be conducted in English.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Assist in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE model) of learning materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and identify clear learning objectives.
  • Develop engaging course content, including presentations, participant guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Contribute to the creation of interactive learning activities, simulations, and assessments.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of existing learning resources and platforms.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new learning initiatives and strategies.
  • Conduct research on best practices in instructional design and learning technology.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Foundational understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a passion for learning and development.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or content uploading.
  • A portfolio demonstrating instructional design projects or related creative work.
