Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Relations Intern to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of humanitarian aid and international relations, supporting our mission to provide medical assistance to populations in distress. The intern will contribute to research, analysis, and communication efforts, playing a vital role in our advocacy and operational support. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a global team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct research on current events, geopolitical developments, and humanitarian crises relevant to MSF's operations.
• Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor international media and policy developments related to humanitarian action and health.
• Support the International Relations team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Contribute to the drafting and editing of policy papers, advocacy statements, and communication materials.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Help maintain and update databases of contacts and relevant information.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Demonstrated interest in international relations, humanitarian aid, or global health.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Enrollment in or recent graduate of a Master's program in International Relations, Political Science, Global Health, or a related field.
