• Support the implementation of new production technologies and machinery.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for production issues.
• Contribute to the development and updating of manufacturing documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and logistics.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for automotive technology and manufacturing processes.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
