Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Intern to join our dynamic team in Salzgitter. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced tech industry, working alongside experienced sales professionals. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales development efforts, identifying potential clients, and initiating relationships that drive business growth. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Assist in researching and identifying potential leads and target accounts within defined market segments.
  • Support the sales development team in outreach efforts, including drafting emails and engaging on professional social networks.
  • Learn to qualify leads based on established criteria and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to understand sales cycles and strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to developing and refining sales messaging and outreach sequences.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, ensuring smooth operations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and the technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information effectively.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
