We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team in Schärding. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to kickstart a career in investment banking within an English-only work environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various transactions, performing financial analysis, and preparing client presentations. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple sectors and product areas, working closely with senior bankers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and comparable company analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive pitch books, confidential information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and other corporate finance mandates.
• Perform extensive industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes by gathering and analyzing financial and operational data.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and transaction structures.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients in an English-only professional setting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity and conciseness.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
