SAP is seeking a driven individual to join our global talent acquisition team, focusing on identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier IT professionals. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in our continuous growth by strategically sourcing candidates and building robust talent pipelines for our diverse technology functions. You will leverage various sourcing tools and strategies to find passive candidates, conduct initial screenings, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified IT candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional networks, databases, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill IT roles across different technical domains.
- Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand specific talent needs and provide market insights.
- Track and report on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Software Development, Cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Familiarity with Workday ATS.
