Stellenbeschreibung

As the Language School Manager for our Lingen center, you will be responsible for the overall operational management and strategic development of the language center. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team of language instructors, ensuring student satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of Berlitz instruction and service, fostering a vibrant learning community, and expanding our reach within the local market.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage the daily operations of the language center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of language instructors and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
• Oversee student enrollment, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Maintain high standards of teaching quality and customer service in line with Berlitz methodologies.
• Manage the center's budget, financial reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Address student inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Berlitz in the local community.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in management, preferably within an educational or service-oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German and advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to student success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office management software.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience in the language education industry.
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
