Join our dedicated team as a Leek Harvesting Operative! We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with the harvesting of leeks at our agricultural sites near Linz. This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring physical stamina and a commitment to quality. No prior German language skills are required, as we foster an inclusive and diverse working environment with multilingual supervisors and colleagues. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Harvesting leeks manually and with specialized tools under varying weather conditions.
• Sorting and packing harvested produce according to established quality standards and procedures.
• Assisting with field preparation, planting, and general farm duties as required.
• Operating basic agricultural equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
