Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our dynamic team at the distribution center in Carouge, Geneva. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for optimizing the flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution operations. You will play a key part in the efficiency of our supply chain, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to meet customer demands and operational targets. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement optimal logistics plans for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize holding costs.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments and manage documentation.
• Respond to and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in logistics planning or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
