We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the seasonal role of Mint Field Laborer in Bruck an der Mur. This temporary position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to the agricultural process of a major food producer. You will be responsible for various tasks related to the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of mint crops, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks such as planting, weeding, and thinning mint plants.
• Assist with irrigation and fertilization activities as directed.
• Participate in the harvesting of mint crops, using hand tools or assisting with machinery.
• Inspect mint fields for pests, diseases, and quality issues, reporting findings to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
