Join our team as a Seasonal Mint Field Laborer in Carouge! We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist with the cultivation and harvesting of mint crops during the peak season. This hands-on role involves various outdoor tasks critical to ensuring the quality and successful yield of our mint fields. Ideal candidates are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to mint cultivation, including planting, weeding, and general field maintenance.
• Assist with the harvesting of mint crops using hand tools or basic machinery.
• Sort, clean, and prepare harvested mint for further processing or transport.
• Operate small farm equipment or machinery under supervision, if trained.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the fields.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
