We are seeking a skilled and passionate Motorcycle Mechanic to join our workshop team in Flensburg. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a dedication to precision work on high-performance motorcycles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW motorcycles to the highest standards, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on BMW motorcycles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and prepare new motorcycles for sale.
- Install accessories and performance upgrades.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to BMW Motorrad's quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic, preferably with premium brands.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and braking.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid motorcycle license.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English for technical documentation.
