Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Music Producer to join our dynamic recording studio team in Leonding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music theory, audio engineering principles, and production techniques across various genres. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of music production, from pre-production and recording to mixing and mastering, ensuring the highest quality output for our diverse projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creative vision, and the ability to collaborate effectively with artists, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage music production projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with artists to develop their sound, arrangements, and overall creative vision.
• Oversee recording sessions, providing guidance and direction to musicians and vocalists.
• Operate and maintain studio equipment, including consoles, microphones, and software.
• Mix and master tracks to professional standards, ensuring optimal sound quality and commercial readiness.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and production techniques.
• Mentor junior engineers and producers as needed.
• Ensure all productions comply with copyright and licensing requirements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Music Producer in a professional recording studio environment.
• Expert proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or Studio One.
• Strong understanding of acoustics, signal flow, microphone techniques, and studio hardware.
• Exceptional mixing and mastering abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of music theory, arrangement, and songwriting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative vision and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with various music genres (e.g., electronic, rock, pop, classical).
• Proficiency in sound design and Foley recording.
• Experience in orchestral recording and mixing.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful music production credits.
