Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail stores, restaurants, and service providers in the Duisburg area.
• Interact with staff and observe the environment as a typical customer, adhering to specific project guidelines and scenarios.
• Accurately complete online questionnaires and reports after each visit, detailing observations, interactions, and overall experience.
• Provide objective and constructive feedback, supported by factual information and, if required, photographic evidence.
• Adhere strictly to project deadlines and instructions provided for each assignment.
• Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and client information.

• Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and objective reporting.
