We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pattern Maker / Seamstress to join our esteemed atelier in Sargans. This crucial role involves translating design concepts into precise patterns and bringing them to life through expert sewing techniques, ensuring the highest standards of quality and finish synonymous with the Bally brand. You will work on bespoke pieces, prototypes, and specialized repairs, contributing to the legacy of Swiss luxury craftsmanship.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and create precise patterns from design sketches and specifications for various garments and leather goods.
• Adjust existing patterns for fit, style, and production efficiency.
• Perform highly skilled sewing, cutting, and construction tasks using industrial and specialized sewing machines.
• Conduct fittings and make alterations to achieve optimal fit and desired aesthetic.
• Ensure all finished products meet Bally's rigorous quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers and the atelier team to realize creative visions.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, including equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to material selection and sourcing discussions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Pattern Maker and Seamstress in a luxury or bespoke environment.
• Exceptional pattern drafting and grading skills.
• Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and specialized equipment.
• Expertise in various sewing techniques, including tailoring and intricate construction.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric properties.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluent in German and/or English.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Formal training or degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or Tailoring.
• Experience with CAD software for pattern design.
• Knowledge of leather goods construction and repair.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality pattern work and finished garments/products.
• Fluency in French or Italian.
