We are seeking a diligent and reliable Poultry Farm Assistant to join our team in Chiasso. This Full-Time, On-site role primarily focuses on the crucial task of egg collection, ensuring the quality and integrity of our produce. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of the farm, contributing to the health and well-being of our flock and the efficient output of our premium eggs. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to animal welfare standards.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Efficiently collect eggs multiple times a day, ensuring careful handling to minimize breakage.
• Sort and grade eggs according to quality and size standards.
• Clean and sanitize egg collection areas and equipment regularly.
• Monitor the health and welfare of the poultry flock, reporting any unusual observations to farm management.
• Assist with feeding and watering birds as needed.
• Perform general farm duties, including cleaning coops, maintaining bedding, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Adhere to all biosecurity protocols and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as per farm schedule.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
