We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Pumpkin Farm Assistant for the upcoming Autumn Harvest season. This temporary role is crucial for ensuring a successful and efficient harvest of our premium pumpkins, destined for local markets and festive celebrations. You will be an integral part of our farm operations, working outdoors in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in agriculture and contribute to the local food economy.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the manual harvesting of pumpkins from fields, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Carefully clean, sort, and package pumpkins for distribution.
• Load and unload harvested produce and farm equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farmyard and storage areas.
• Operate basic farm machinery or tools under supervision, if qualified.
• Support general farm tasks as needed, including minor field preparation or maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and farm guidelines.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending, for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain or shine).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
