We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Hennersdorf, Austria. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge software products. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools, working closely with our development teams in an Agile environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts and test frameworks using industry-standard tools and languages.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results, identifying and reporting defects with clear, concise documentation.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand features and technical requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, actively contributing to the Agile development process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated tests, ensuring high reliability and efficient execution.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on automation best practices to junior team members.
• Perform manual testing when necessary, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Solid experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective team communication.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
