Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Germany. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and closing of complex technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a virtual environment. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with international stakeholders and teams.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide regular status reports.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments of results.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology or consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a large-scale international consulting firm.
• Knowledge of German language is a plus, but not required.
