We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Rosemary Farm Helper to join our team at Salzburg Kräuterhof. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a keen interest in organic farming, and are eager to contribute to the growth and care of our aromatic herbs. No prior farm experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. We warmly welcome applicants who speak English, as clear communication is valued in our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the planting, nurturing, and harvesting of rosemary and other various herbs.
• Perform general farm duties including weeding, watering, pruning, and soil preparation.
• Support in the maintenance of farm grounds, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in the sorting, cleaning, and initial processing of harvested herbs.
• Help with packing and preparing herbs for distribution.
• Follow all safety guidelines and organic farming protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
