We are seeking diligent and enthusiastic Rye Harvest Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Meyrin. This temporary position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in agriculture, contribute to a vital food production process, and work outdoors. You will be an integral part of our harvesting operations, ensuring the efficient and careful collection of rye crops. We value teamwork, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and assist with various farm machinery for rye harvesting, under supervision.
• Perform manual tasks such as loading, unloading, and stacking harvested rye.
• Monitor crop quality during the harvest process and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with other farm duties as needed during the harvest period.
