We are seeking an energetic and visionary Startup Incubator Manager to lead our innovation hub in Recklinghausen. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of our startup incubation program, from scouting and selection to mentorship, growth, and eventual graduation. You will be instrumental in building a thriving community, fostering collaboration, and connecting promising startups with SAP’s resources, expertise, and potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of startup ecosystems, strong networking skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the startup incubator program.
• Actively scout, recruit, and select high-potential startups for the program.
• Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to startups on business development, product strategy, fundraising, and market entry.
• Build and maintain a strong network of mentors, investors, industry experts, and corporate partners.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and pitch sessions to support startup growth and visibility.
• Monitor and report on startup progress, key performance indicators, and overall program success.
• Manage the incubator's budget, resources, and operational logistics.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the hub.
• Ensure compliance with all program guidelines and legal requirements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in startup incubation, acceleration, venture capital, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong understanding of startup business models, fundraising processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide early-stage companies.
• Experience in program management and event organization.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
