Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Participate in a structured rotational program across key business units such as Finance, Sales, Operations, and Project Management.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, from conception to implementation, with a focus on process improvement and strategic growth.
  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Actively engage in professional development, mentorship sessions, and leadership training workshops.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and strategic findings to departmental heads and executives.
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and operational efficiencies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (graduated within the last 2 years).
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and German.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Previous internship or professional experience in a relevant industry.
