We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Vanilla Bean Helper to join our dedicated team in Essen, Germany. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the creation of premium vanilla products. As an English Welcome role, proficiency in English is essential for daily tasks and team communication, although German language skills are a bonus. You will be instrumental in supporting various stages of vanilla bean processing, from sorting and curing to packaging, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Inspect and sort vanilla beans for quality and consistency.
• Assist in the preparation and curing processes of vanilla beans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and processing area.
• Accurately weigh and package prepared vanilla beans.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Operate basic processing equipment under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

• Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 kg.
