Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Vineyard Pruning Assistant to join our team for the upcoming pruning season. This is an essential outdoor role, pivotal to the health and productivity of our vines and the quality of our future harvests. You will work closely with our experienced viticulturists, contributing to the foundational care of our vineyards. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Perform precision pruning of grapevines according to established techniques and standards.
- Assist with vine training and trellising to optimize growth and fruit exposure.
- Monitor vine health and report any signs of disease or pests to supervisors.
- Participate in general vineyard maintenance tasks, including debris removal and wire work.
- Operate vineyard tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the vineyard.
- Work collaboratively with the vineyard team to achieve seasonal goals.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (cold, heat, rain).
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn specific pruning techniques.

- Proficiency in German language.
- Valid driver's license (Class B) for potential transport within the vineyard.
