We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Martigny. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating inspiring and attractive store displays that engage our customers and drive sales. You will be responsible for implementing global visual guidelines, adapting them to local store needs, and ensuring our brand image is consistently presented. This role requires a passion for fashion, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards according to global guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Create impactful window displays and in-store presentations that reflect current trends and product launches.
• Work closely with the store management team to plan and implement visual strategies that align with commercial goals.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust visual merchandising to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
• Ensure all fixtures, mannequins, and visual elements are clean, well-maintained, and correctly positioned.
• Train and support store team members on basic visual merchandising principles and product presentation.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor visual merchandising techniques.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and retail aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and French or German (local languages in Switzerland).

• Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
