• Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and special offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful working environment.
