We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Operative for an immediate start on our night shift team in Thun. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art distribution center. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Picking and packing orders accurately according to specifications.
• Organizing and stacking products in designated warehouse locations.
• Operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as required (training provided).
• Conducting routine inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to work effectively during night hours (e.g., 22:00 – 06:00).
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations or willingness to learn.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
