We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Werkstudent (Student Worker) for Clinical Data Entry to join our team in Chemnitz. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of clinical trial data. As a Clinical Data Entry Werkstudent, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying patient information and clinical trial data into our systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain practical experience in the clinical research industry, working in an international environment where English is the primary language of communication for this specific role.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately enter clinical trial data from various source documents into designated databases.
• Perform quality control checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies by following established procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of data entry documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical data management teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (preferably in a life science, healthcare, or related field).
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (C1 level or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
