Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team, working onsite at various wind farms across Germany, with a primary base in the Charlottenburg area of Berlin. This crucial role involves the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbine generators and associated equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our wind assets, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs on wind turbine mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues using specialized software and diagnostic tools.
• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including service reports, safety logs, and inventory records.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and site management to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate various types of heavy equipment and machinery as required.
• Travel to different wind farm sites as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Wind Turbine Technician or similar role in industrial maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and specialized software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
• Physical ability to climb wind turbines, work at heights, and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training (e.g., Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker) or equivalent technical certification.
• GWO (Global Wind Organisation) Basic Safety Training certification.
• Experience with Siemens Gamesa turbine models.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken).
