We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Working Student to join our Facility Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry’s operational backbone. Ascona, located in the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino, means that German language skills are not required for this role, making it an ideal position for English or Italian speakers. You will support the smooth functioning of our hotel’s infrastructure, ensuring a high standard of maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist the Facility Operations team with routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Support in monitoring the hotel's technical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Help with minor repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within technical rooms and storage areas.
• Assist in responding to guest requests related to room facilities and comfort.
• Document and report on maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Support in managing inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
