Are you a passionate and driven student with a keen interest in the Internet of Things (IoT)? Logitech is seeking a Working Student to join our IoT Development team in Carouge, Switzerland. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world engineering environment, working on innovative products that connect millions of users globally. You’ll contribute to various stages of IoT device development, from prototyping to testing, and work alongside experienced engineers. Fluency in German is not required for this role; English is our primary language of communication.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the development and prototyping of new IoT devices and features.
• Contribute to the testing and validation of IoT hardware and software.
• Help with data collection, analysis, and reporting from IoT sensors and devices.
• Support the integration of IoT solutions with existing platforms and cloud services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation.
• Research new technologies and methodologies relevant to IoT development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and product management.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C/C++, JavaScript).
• Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Familiarity with basic electronics and circuit design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, Bluetooth Low Energy).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Previous project experience with IoT devices or embedded systems.
