We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Working Student to join our Procurement Analytics team in Traiskirchen. In this role, you will support our procurement specialists by providing data-driven insights, developing reports, and contributing to the optimization of our supply chain processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a student eager to gain practical experience in a global industrial technology company, working with complex data sets and contributing to strategic decisions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Support the preparation of presentations and decision-making materials for procurement projects.
• Assist in market research and supplier performance analysis.
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of procurement processes.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the procurement department and other functions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience or internships in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP (especially SAP Ariba) or other e-procurement systems.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods.
• German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
