We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Working Student to join our Global Procurement Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization within a large, international company. You will support the team in delivering key insights, developing dashboards, and contributing to strategic procurement initiatives. This role requires fluency in English and a strong aptitude for working with data.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Support the Procurement Analytics team in data collection, cleaning, and validation from various sources.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within procurement data.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of procurement processes and analytical tools.
• Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of SQL or other database query languages.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Previous internship or working student experience in a data-driven role.
• Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
