Bayer AG in Leverkusen is looking for a Working Student (Werkstudent) to support our Data Analytics team with flexible hours. You will contribute to data collection, analysis, visualization, and report generation, helping us to uncover insights and optimize our processes. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and transformation of large datasets from various sources.
• Support the analysis of complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and documentation of analytical findings.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects as needed.
• Participate in data quality assurance initiatives.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled as a student in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
• Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Prior experience with statistical analysis or machine learning concepts.
• Initial experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a plus.
