Are you a motivated student looking to gain practical experience in the dynamic world of wine import and export? Hawesko Holding AG is seeking a dedicated Working Student to support our international trade operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse markets, learn about customs procedures, logistics, and international communication, all within a welcoming, English-speaking environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of our premium wines and spirits across borders.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the preparation and processing of import and export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, customs declarations).
• Communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, primarily in English.
• Support the logistics team in tracking shipments and resolving minor discrepancies.
• Maintain and update databases with product information, customs data, and supplier details.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers or export markets.
• Provide administrative support to the import/export department, including scheduling and correspondence.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled as a student in business, logistics, international trade, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced international environment.
