Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Shopping Intern to join our team in Radstadt. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about fashion and customer service to gain hands-on experience in the luxury retail sector. The intern will support our personal shopping team in delivering bespoke styling advice and an exclusive shopping experience to our international clientele, with a particular focus on English-speaking customers.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assist personal shoppers in preparing for client appointments, including selecting merchandise and setting up fitting rooms.
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and assisting with product information in English.
- Support in maintaining visual merchandising standards and stock organization within the personal shopping suite.
- Learn and apply product knowledge across our collections, including fabrications, fits, and styling options.
- Assist with inventory management and processing sales transactions.
- Shadow personal shoppers during client consultations to learn advanced styling techniques and client relationship management.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury retail, and styling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, even if informal
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, Italian)
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands
