We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Housekeeping / Room Attendant to join our esteemed team at the Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa Lausanne. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional and comfortable experience for all our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and attention to detail, with no prior German language skills required.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
• Replenish amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and paper products.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is clean and properly stored.
