Are you a highly motivated and persuasive individual with a passion for technology? SAP SE is seeking a dynamic Remote Appointment Setter to join our innovative sales development team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the tech sector. Your primary focus will be to generate high-quality leads and set qualified appointments for our sales executives, contributing directly to our growth and market presence. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct outbound calls and utilize email campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads within target markets.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Articulate the value proposition of SAP solutions to potential clients.
  • Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments set, and conversion rates.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales development, or appointment setting, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German (native or fluent).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Basic understanding of the technology sector and B2B sales processes.
