Join our dynamic production team as a Tea Bagging Line Worker at our state-of-the-art facility in Wuppertal. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the creation of high-quality tea products. No German language skills are required for this position; we embrace a multicultural workforce and provide all necessary training in English or through visual aids. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated tea bagging machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining our stringent quality standards. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and monitor automated tea bagging and packaging machinery.
• Perform routine quality checks on tea bags and packaging materials, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Load raw materials (tea leaves, filter paper, tags) into machines.
• Inspect finished products for defects and remove any non-conforming items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and minor adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced production setting.
