We are seeking a dedicated Vineyard Pruning Assistant to join our team in Opfikon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to learn the intricate art of viticulture. You will be instrumental in maintaining the health and productivity of our vines through careful pruning, ensuring optimal grape development for the next harvest. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform seasonal pruning of grapevines according to established techniques and standards.
• Assist with other vineyard maintenance tasks such as tying, thinning, and canopy management.
• Monitor vine health and report any signs of disease or pest infestation.
• Operate and maintain vineyard tools and equipment safely.
• Contribute to general upkeep of the vineyard and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the vineyard team to achieve production goals.
