Event GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Event Production Intern to join our team in Ebreichsdorf. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across various facets of event production, working alongside seasoned professionals on exciting projects. You’ll contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events, learning the industry from the ground up. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with event planning and conceptualization, including brainstorming ideas and researching venues/suppliers.
• Support the coordination of logistics, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, decor, and transportation.
• Help manage vendor relationships and secure quotes for various event elements.
• Prepare event materials, including presentations, schedules, and signage.
• Provide on-site support during event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Assist with guest registration, accreditation, and communication.
• Contribute to post-event evaluations and reporting, including feedback collection.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth project flow and documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of event industry trends and technologies.
• Previous experience in a customer service or organizational role (volunteer experience acceptable).
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Driver's license (B category) preferred.
