Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and English-speaking Working Student to join our Tourism Marketing team in Flensburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a student eager to gain practical experience in the exciting field of tourism marketing. You will support various marketing initiatives, contribute to content creation, and assist in promoting Flensburg and the Schleswig-Holstein region to an international audience. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional environment, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge and develop valuable skills.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting English-speaking audiences.
• Support content creation for social media channels, websites, and newsletters (text, image, basic video).
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in tourism marketing.
• Translate marketing materials from German to English and proofread English content.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events or activities.
• Support administrative tasks within the marketing department.
• Monitor and report on the performance of English-language marketing activities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled as a student in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) is highly beneficial.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing or tourism.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or email marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
